SCORPIO (FRONTLINES EVOLUTION BOOK ONE) by Marko Kloos

VS Note: I read this about a month ago pre-release and enjoyed it BUT very important to realize the events occur in the universe covered by the Frontlines Series itself. I read this book and then was intrigued enough to go find the Frontlines series and I WAS HOOKED. I read that entire series in  a big binge and wished for more. It’s military science fiction with a bit of romantic elements. This book only really makes total sense in the context of the overarching series; otherwise you’ll probably be puzzled at the turn the book takes about half way through. And the dog, while important and doesn’t die, <<<SPOILER ALERT>>> also is not with us after about the middle of this new book. A very scant romantic element here in this book. I’m eager to have the rest of this new series. So I guess I’m really recommending the Frontline Series first. (Can you tell I LOVED this author?)
