Perfect for the woman on the go.

VS Note: Okay I had to have this despite it being pricey and hardcover. “Aliens” is my all time favorite movie (except for the days that “Ever After” is) and I like to say my own scifi romance novels are like “Aliens” but with a lot more romance and a lot less gore. I always love “making of”, behind the scenes stuff…Hicks and Ripley….sigh.

VS Note: Book 2 in this series is still one of my all time favorite novels in this genre. I wasn’t as crazy about book 3 and book 4 is waiting on my kindle but I one-clicked this one…I’m very invested in one of the three groups of survivors but not so much the other two.
Three groups of survivors have found each other during a pandemic that is changing the world and everything they once knew. Rescuing Jamie and Elijah is first up on their combined agendas. The mission is dangerous, and lives could be lost, but bringing the men home safely is the most important thing.Finding and foraging for supplies is also high on the list in order to thrive. As more and more people are added to their groups, feeding and housing them will take its toll. Banding together seems like the best idea, but will they be able to put aside their differences and work together toward a mutual need to survive.
VARK (WARRIORS OF KALETH BOOK 3) by Celeste King
This reality TV dating show is like nothing I’ve ever been on. For starters…the dude is an alien! I mean, at first I thought they just had great sets and killer CGI, you know? I should have realized that when the outside looked like space it wasn’t just a prop. I really had been knocked out and brought to mate with a Kaleth warrior. No one on Earth really knows aliens exist. The rest of the galaxy,though, eats up all our human culture. So now I have an 8-foot tall warrior that’s made of 450 pounds of muscle. A dude with the blood of countless enemies on his hands. And he’s asking me if I’m a “Carrie” or a “Samantha”. But wait, it gets better. Someone is trying to use me and my warrior to cause the death of billions of innocent lives. We’ll have to work together to stop them. Maybe build a love that’ll beat back all the darkness. Oh gosh…This would have been a great TV show if it wasn’t real, huh?

There is nothing of interest in here. I promise.
Well, I suppose there was one memorable and interesting moment in my recent past… the night of my eighteenth birthday.
